Belfast Marathon 2011

The annual Belfast City Marathon is fast approaching.

The cut off point for entrants is this Friday, 16th April 2011.

Belfast Marathon Runners

The event has grown with the inclusion of new sponsors which now include Deep RiverRock, Belfast City Council, Sport Northern Ireland, Daily Mirror, Charles Hurst Renault, Athletics Northern Ireland, Premier Inn Hotel, Translink, Asics, Up and Running and U105.

Belfast City Hall

The race starts at the Belfast City Hall at 9am and finishes at Ormeau Park.

Connemarathon 2010

The Connemara International Marathon is a day of racing around a very scenic part of the West of Ireland.
With over 2,000 runners already registered for the expected 3,500 entrant sell-out, be sure to get registered as soon as possible for this unique run in a beautifully scenic part of Ireland.

The marathon offers runners the; Half Marathon, Full Marathon and the very popular 39 mile Ultra Marathon.

What makes this marathon such a unique experience is how the run is rooted within mountains, glacier lakes and rugged green-brown landscape. Meandering through mountain wilderness, bogs, lakes, every runner is guaranteed a visual treat.

This marathon is not to be missed.

Barcelona Half Marathon – Feburary 2010

Join Children in Crossfire in the capital of the Mediterranean. They need 30 people to sign up to the Barcelona Half Marathon, which takes place in Feb 2010. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. £100 registration fee and minimum sponsorship required. This is an all inclusive package that includes flights, 3 nights 4 star hotel accomodation and race entry.
